Subscription Information

Welcome to Terra Nova's coffee subscription service! Below you will learn ways to access and manage your subscription account. 

How to login to your account:

1: You can access your account using a direct link to the customer portal. This link is sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you sign up for a subscription, as well as your Upcoming Order email. This is the easiest way to manage your subscription. 

2: You can also access your customer portal through the store account login. This link is located in our main menu at the bottom:


Note: if you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in to see your order history. From here you can access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Your customer portal is where all changes to your account can be made: adding or removing products, skipping an order, editing payment and shipping information, and so forth. 

Once in the customer portal, click Manage Subscription next to each product you would like to change. You can change the next charge date, delivery schedule, have your order shipped now, skip the next delivery, swap your product, or even add a one-time product! Adding a product to your order:

The easiest way to add a product to your order is to log into your customer portal and use the Add a Product button on the Subscriptions tab. You'll see it in the top right corner. From there a small menu slides out and you can choose your product and whether it is one-time (just the current order), or added to your subscription going forward.

Another way to add products to your order: 

  1. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Manage Subscription next to the product.  
  2. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time or Add subscription. This automatically adds the product to your shipment. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: if you add the product to your subscription it defaults to delivery once a week. So to avoid weekly shipments be sure to change the frequency to match your delivery schedule

 

    To manage or delete a one-time product or subscription:

    1. Click the Delivery schedule tab.
    2. Select Manage one-time, or Manage Subscription
    3. Follow the prompts to remove or cancel. This can be applied to any product in your order. 

    Update your payment/billing information or email:

    To update payment information:

    1. Log in to the customer portal.
    2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
    3. Click Add Payment Method 
    4. Input the new payment information and be sure "update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" is selected at the bottom. 


    If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you may be able to
    edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout.

    To update your billing information: 

    1. Log into your customer portal.
    2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
    3. Click on the payment method (credit card info) to expand.
    4. Click Edit
    5. Change the info and hit Update.

    To update your email:

    1. Log into your customer portal.
    2. Click on Subscriptions.
    3. Click on Manage Subscription.
    4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Email Address.
    5. Enter the new email address and click Update.

    Update an existing shipping address or add a new shipping address:

    You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping tab:

    1. Login to your customer portal.
    2. Click on Shipping. This will display all shipping addresses on your customer account.
    3. Click the link on a specific address and you'll see a button that says Edit Shipping Address. Click on this to update your shipping address. The Add Shipping Address button is where you can add an address to your account.


    Skip a delivery: 

    Log in to your customer portal to skip a delivery.

    1. Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
    2. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you change your mind and want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip.


    Edit your next order date:

    Login to your customer portal to adjust the order date:

    1. Click Subscriptions and then click on the product you wish to change. 
    2. A little slider comes out and you can choose your next shipment date by clicking on the calendar. 
    3. Once you select the new charge date you can click on the Update next shipment date.
    4. You will need to do this for all of the products in your order. 

    Cancel a subscription:

    In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.

    1. Login to your customer portal.
    2. Click Subscriptions.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel Subscription. Please provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
