Note: print on demand products (branded merch like t shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc) are not eligable for return at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Coffee Returns
We offer a 30-day limited return policy. Unfortunately, if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Ground coffee and gift cards are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.
To initiate your return, please email info@terranovacoffee.net with a description of the item and the reason for return. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available. If the item qualifies for a refund, we will provide instructions to mail your item to us with your receipt or proof of purchase at the address below. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the sender. Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request. There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted.
If a refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Terra Nova Coffee will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@terranovacoffee.net.
Gift Returns
If a returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund amount will be issued to the original purchaser.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank and credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the sender. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchanged products may take a variable amount of time to reach you, based on your location and carrier delays.
For returned/exchanged items valued over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipment.
