A Dessert coffee

The Big Dipper coffee on its own.
I see it going well with a dessert like a rich chocolate cake.
However I’ve been mixing this and the espresso together for my morning brew which I think would make a nice new brew blend. Sometimes I blend my coffees together for a different flavor or if one isn’t strong enough. The Big Dipper wasn’t strong enough for my morning brew so I mix the espresso with it.
Which brought my morning coffee to a new level. Yummy.
